When we are looking at a project there are always a number of options each of which have knock on effects to other areas. We use CGI and Virtual Reality to show our clients the options so they clearly understand the space in question.

This recent project initially included a balcony to the rear and we wanted to make the living room utilise this extra light and space. Unfortunately this was rejected in planning so the room needed an overhaul, these images show you the two versions so the client clearly understood well before building work began.
